Tokumine no Kun Hojo no Undo Seibukan USA introduced the Hojo Undo for Tokumine no Kun at the 2011 Seibukan National Training. The creation and inclusion in our kobudo training of the hojo undo for Tokumine no Kun was for the purpose of developing kihon for the bo on the right and left side of the body. The hojo no undo will develop the skill with the bo before the pattern of Tokumine no Kun is learned. Alan Smith, Godan, in Seibukan Shorin Ryu assisted in the development of the Tokumine Hojo no Undo and was the lead teacher at the 2011 SNT.
